Liam Payne and Cheryl 'have MARRIED according to the One Direction star'
Wolverhampton star Liam Payne and Cheryl have reportedly tied the knot.
According to the One Direction singer, the pair have wed - and the news will go down a storm with fans.
In an interview with French website On The Move, the recently turned solo singer appears to have become very reflective, as the Mirror reports.
He describes himself as a "composer" and he repeatedly refers to Cheryl as his wife.
Liam, who is thought to be worth at least £54 million after he made his fortune touring the world with One Direction, describes being a new dad and talks songwriting when he drops the "w" bomb.
He gushed to the website: "To be honest with you I don't know yet what it is like to write while being a father, I have not passed through this experience.
I have something that I'm preparing with Timbaland and I was writing with Pharrell when his wife was pregnant along with my wife for that matter.
"They had triplets and it's amazing. Iwill change my approach and my way of writing because it is these experiences of life that make you a better composer.
It isn't clear where or when the pair tied the knot but it could have been a relatively small ceremony before their son Bear, now four months old, was born.
Cheryl hasn't been seen in public since giving birth although she has shared a rather steamy selfie, showing her movement from sex pop to milf.
Talking to French music channel Just Music, Liam spoke about how him and Cheryl want to raise their son: "We are very lucky and we will raise him to know we've worked hard to have these nice things."
